At Ethnic Kurtis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your kurti doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided it is unworn and has original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the return or exchange option for the specific kurti you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully fold the kurti and place it back in its original packaging along with the invoice to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
